Chocolate Pie Filling

Makes: 2 pies


1 cup milk
1 stick butter
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs
Pinch of salt


Melt butter in milk. Add sugar, cocoa, flour, salt and vanilla. Add 4 eggs LAST. Pour in two pie shells and bad in 325 degree oven until set.
