Sweet and Sour Dressing

Makes: around 1/2 gallon


1 1/2 cups vinegar
1 large onion, chopped
2 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons prepared mustard
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups vegetable oil
1 tablespoon celery seed


Put onion in blender, pulse until almost smooth. Add all other ingredients, blend until smooth.
