London Broil Sauce

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup pikapeppa sauce
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons red cooking wine
3 tablespoons wine vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon garlic powder


Mix together all ingredients until well blended.


(2 1/2 to 3 pound London Broil steak)


(Stick London Broil with ice pick and sprinkle with meat tenderizer, pour sauce over meat. Refrigerate over night, turn over meat the next morning)
